Abstract:
The present invention relates to an oil-in-water type cosmetic composition having excellent spreadability and, more specifically, to an oil-in-water type cosmetic composition in which inorganic pigments are dispersed in an oil phase so as to have excellent initial spreadability and continuous spreadability, thereby improving a stiff feeling during use.
