Title:
OIL-IN-WATER TYPE ORGANOPOLYSILOXANE EMULSION AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING SAME, COSMETIC RAW MATERIAL, AND COSMETIC PRODUCT
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2017/061099
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide an organopolysiloxane emulsion that has a small particle diameter and remains stable over a prolonged period even when a low-polarity organosiloxane and a cationic surfactant are used. The oil-in-water type organopolysiloxane emulsion comprises at least: 100 parts by weight of a diorganopolysiloxane (A) having a viscosity of 2-100,000 mPa·s at 25°C; 0.5-30 parts by weight of a cationic surfactant (B); 0.1-10 parts by weight of a nonionic surfactant (C); and 11-550 parts by weight of water (D), wherein the contained amount of the component (C) is equal to or less than the amount of the component (B), and the component (A) has an average particle diameter of 600 nm or less in the emulsion.
