Abstract:

Provided is an oil-in-water type sunscreen cosmetic characterized by comprising a polyether-denatured silicone (A), 3-8 mass% of a filler (B) and an ultraviolet absorber (C),said ultraviolet absorber having an absorptive capacity in the UV-A range. The oil-in-water type sunscreen cosmetic contains only a small amount of a fat-soluble ultraviolet absorber, is stable and less sticky, and can achieve a high SPF. It is preferred that the sunscreen cosmetic according to the present invention further comprises a hydrophilic thickening agent.
