Title:
OIL PRODUCTION CLUSTER COMPLEX
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2012/046290
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
[Problem] A problem in the art of producing gas liquefaction oil from conventional biomass-derived methane gas using a GTL plant is that it is difficult to increase profit enough to write off the GTL plant and pipeline equipment costs. [Solution] In order to overcome the problem, the present invention utilizes a gas liquefaction apparatus using a microreactor, which is a GTL apparatus that is extremely affordable in terms of equipment costs and that is preferable for small-scale gas liquefaction oil production. The gas liquefaction apparatus and a biodigester are installed in the vicinity of a biomass supplying location and within a range that provides pipeline installation cost advantages. An oil production cluster complex is provided that adopts functional areas in which this equipment is installed as single clusters, spreads the clusters over a wide area, amasses the biomass-derived oil produced in the clusters at an oil refinery that acts as a center, and refines the product.
