Disclosed is an oil-proof sealing structure for a slide bar (4). The oil-proof sealing structure comprises a mounting substrate (1) provided with a first through hole (11), a cover plate (2) provided with a second through hole (21), a sealing gasket (3) provided with a third through hole (31), and the slide bar (4). An annular cavity (5) is formed between the mounting substrate (1) and the cover plate (2), the sealing gasket (3) is arranged in the annular cavity (5), the slide bar (4) passes through the three through holes, an outer wall of the slide bar (4) is attached to or close to the sealing gasket (3), and the slide bar (4) and the sealing gasket (3) can slide relative to each other. By means of the cooperation between the sealing gasket (3) and the slide bar (4), this structure allows the slide bar (4) a certain degree of displacement when moving up and down in the horizontal direction, and enables same to implement the function of sealing against oil fumes, thereby preventing oil fumes from entering an oil fume isolation chamber (8) by means of the through holes on the mounting substrate (1) and the cover plate (2) so as to ensure that a driving mechanism (9) of the slide bar (4) is always in an oil-fume-free environment.
