Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing an oil rag having an antibacterial function. The method comprises the steps of: (S100) immersing a woven fabric for a rag in an antibacterial solution; (S200) primarily dehydrating the woven fabric for the rag soaked in the antibacterial solution; (S300) primarily drying the primarily dehydrated woven fabric for the rag; (S400) immersing the dried woven fabric for the rag in an oil solution; (S500) secondarily dehydrating the woven fabric for the rag immersed in the oil solution; and (S600) secondarily drying the secondarily dehydrated woven fabric for the rag, wherein by going through a two-step dehydration process, retention of the antibacterial function is improved, both an antibacterial agent and oil are evenly distributed in the woven fabric for the rag, when the rag is used, antibacterial power of the antibacterial agent can be constantly maintained for a long time, and when the rag is washed after use, it is possible to remove only contaminants while maintaining some antibacterial components.
