Abstract:
An oil removal device for an aerospace component coated with a plating interlayer, comprising a base (1). A chassis (2) is fixedly installed at the top of the base (1), an oil removal frame (3) is slidably installed at the top of the base (1), and a rotating shaft (4) is rotatably installed on the outer side of the chassis (2), a cam (5) is fixedly installed at the bottom end of the rotating shaft (4), a moving plate (6) is movably abutted against the outer side of the cam (5), a moving rod (7) is fixedly installed on the outer side of the moving plate (6), and one end of the moving rod (7) extends into the chassis (2) and is fixedly installed on the outer side of the oil removal frame (3). A gear (24) and a rack (23) are provided, and the gear (24) rotates while performing horizontal movement, such that a stirring rod (20) obtains two different rotation directions, and internal materials can be in full contact with a hot alkali solution, and the oil removal efficiency is improved.
