Abstract:
An oil ring (1) has an oil ring main body (10) and a coil expander (20), wherein the outer peripheral ends of a pair of rail parts (12) of the oil ring main body (10) are each provided with a land (30) protruding diametrically outward from the respective rail part (12), and the lands (30) are configured having a pair of axial-direction side parts (31, 32) facing in the axial direction, a tapered part (33) joined at one axial-direction end to one axial-direction side part (31) via a first curved part (35), and a protruding part (34) which is joined at one axial-direction end to the other axial-direction end of the tapered part (33), and is joined at the other axial-direction end to the other axial-direction side part (32) via a second curved part (36), and which protrudes relative to the tapered part (33) in a direction perpendicular to the tapered part (33).
