Abstract:
The present invention pertains to an oil seal and a seal attached bearing, the oil seal being provided with positive gaps (14) between surface sections (13) and a seal sliding surface (7) of a counter member (2), the surface sections (10) being disposed in a seal lip (10) across protrusions (11) neighboring each other in the circumferential direction, wherein the values (d) of the gaps (14) between circumferential centers (13a) of the surface sections (13) and the seal sliding surface (7) are set to no more than 0.7 times the height (H) of the protrusions (11).
