Abstract:
An oil separation cover and a scroll compressor. The oil separation cover is used for oil-gas separation of the scroll compressor, and comprises a base (9) and a cover body connected to the base (9). The cover body is provided with an intake cavity (1), which can be in communication with an exhaust port of a static scroll of the compressor, an oil separation structure (2), and an oil sump (3), which can be in communication with an oil storage cavity in a front housing of the scroll compressor. The oil separation structure (2) comprises a channel housing, an intake port (211), an oil outlet channel, and a first exhaust port (222), the channel housing being provided with an oil-gas channel, wherein the intake port (211) is in communication with the intake cavity (1) and the oil-gas channel; the oil outlet channel is arranged in the channel housing and connected to the oil-gas channel and an oil intake hole of the oil sump (3); and the first exhaust port (222) is arranged at the other end of the channel housing and can be in communication with an exhaust port of the scroll compressor. The oil separation cover is provided with the oil separation structure (2) and the oil sump (3), thereby increasing the oil storage space of the compressor, so that the whole compressor has better oil return and lubricating performance. In addition, the oil separation cover is designed with a noise and vibration reduction structure to effectively reduce exhaust noise of the compressor.
