Abstract:
An oil separator and an air conditioning unit. The oil separator comprises a housing (1) having a cavity. Provided on the housing (1) are a gas inlet (11), a gas outlet (12), and an oil return opening (13). Provided in the housing (1) are a spiral diversion plate (2), a hollow first filter component (3) sleeved in the spiral diversion plate (2), and a second filter component (4) blocking an upper end opening of the first filter component. An oil-gas mixture introduced is primarily filtered by the spiral diversion plate (2) then secondarily filtered by the first filter component (3), then flows in the axial direction through the second filter component (4) for tertiary filtering, and then is discharged from the gas outlet (12); oil droplets produced by filtering flow out of the oil return opening (13). The oil separator is provided with a three-level separation structure and avoids the problem of intake air carrying a liquid and poor cooling effect caused by runaway oil.
