An oil separation device, a condenser and a cooling system. The oil separation device (8) comprises an oil storage area (1), and the oil storage area comprises a first oil storage area (11) and a second oil storage area (12); the first oil storage area is used for collecting oil separated from a gaseous medium; the second oil storage area (12) is farther from the gaseous medium than the first oil storage area (11); the second oil storage area (12) communicates with the first oil storage area (11), and oil in the first oil storage area may be introduced therein so as to reduce the contact between the gaseous medium and the separated oil. The oil separation device (8) may reduce the contact between the gaseous medium and the separated oil, and prevent oil separated from the gaseous medium from mixing into the gaseous medium again, which may improve an oil separation effect as well as the stability of the oil surface within the oil storage area (1), and facilitate subsequent oil return.
