Abstract:
Disclosed are a method for effective lubrication and rust-prevention of various machines and tools operating by air pressure, and a device thereof. A spray type oil supplier (30) is disposed in the path of an oil supply pipe (11), which is separated from a main pipe (10) by a direction conversion valve (22). The oil supplier (30) operates by a driving valve (21) if the oil supply pipe is lowered to the atmospheric pressure via a pressure reducing valve (20). Air containing sprayed oil in the oil supply pipe (11) is introduced into the main pipe since the pressure is increased again as the pressure reducing valve (20) is closed again. In this process, optimum oil is supplied by a proper amount for the frequency used and the amount used of a certain pneumatic machine, and the lubrication and rust-proof properties of the machine out of the sensed amount of a flow sensor (40), which is connected to the output terminal of the main pipe (10), that is, the input terminal of the pneumatic machine. According to the present invention, it is possible to supply optimum lubricating oil or rust-preventing oil by a required amount according to each operational environment and usage pattern to a plurality of pneumatic machines, which are driven by a single pressure source. Therefore, the waste of oil is prevented. In addition, there is no problem caused by the excessive accumulation of oil in each pneumatic machine and each pneumatic pipe. Furthermore, the oil supplier, of which spraying is carried out at the state close to the atmospheric pressure, may use commercial oil spray cans as they are, thereby increasing compatibility.
