Abstract:
In the present invention, an engine 1 is provided with a timing chain cover 42 for covering a timing chain 30 with clearance from a side surface that includes the timing chain 30. An oil jet 50 extending in an output shaft direction of the engine is a hollow member having an oil passage in the interior. One end 50b of the oil jet in the output shaft direction of the engine is supported by a support hole provided to the engine. The other end 50c extends to a position not abutting against the timing chain cover. A pressing section 33a, provided with clearance in the output shaft direction from the timing chain cover, is provided between the timing chain cover and the other end of the oil jet in the output shaft direction. The pressing section abuts against the other end of the oil jet.
