Abstract:
An oil supplying device (7) is provided with a first hydraulic pump (31) which is driven by power transmitted through a power transmission path, a second hydraulic pump (32) driven by a drive power source (M2) independent of the power transmitting path, a first supply oil passage (L11) which supplies, to a lubrication requiring portion (30) of a transmission, oil discharged by the first hydraulic pump (31), and a second supply oil passage (L12) which supplies, to the hydraulic drive section (70) of a specific engagement device, oil discharged by the second hydraulic pump (32).
