Provided are: an oil tank for a compressor for a turbo refrigeration device, the oil tank enabling a heater to be replaced or inspected without collecting both oil present within the oil tank and a refrigerant present within the turbo refrigeration device; and a compressor for a turbo refrigeration device. An oil tank (10) for a compressor (3A) for a turbo refrigeration device is provided with a bottom face plate (11) and with side face plates (12, 13) which are raised upward from the outer peripheral edge of the bottom face plate (11), and the oil tank (10) forms the bottom section of a casing (14) which constitutes the compressor (3A) for a turbo refrigeration device. The side face plate (12) is provided with a through-hole (21) which penetrates therethrough in the plate thickness direction. A protective pipe (22), the front end of which is closed, is inserted through the through-hole (21). A bar-like heater (26) is inserted through the protective pipe (22), the bar-like heater (26) being configured so as to be capable of being inserted into and extracted from the protective pipe (22).
