Abstract:
An oil tank internal electrical signal measuring device (1) capable of determining the content of metal impurities (200) in an oil tank (100), the device comprising a frame body (10); two electrode bodies (20, 21), which are supported by the frame body (10), wherein the two electrode bodies (20, 21) have an opposite electrical polarity and are separated from each other by a distance, and the two electrode bodies (20, 21) form a power line, which starts from one electrode body (20) and leads to the other electrode body (21); and an electrical measuring instrument (50), which is connected to the two electrode bodies (20, 21) by means of two leads (30) and is used for measuring an electrical signal, which is between the two electrode bodies (20, 21). During use, the two electrode bodies (20, 21) and the frame body (10) are arranged in the oil tank (100), and the two electrode bodies and the frame body are made to sink to the bottom of the oil tank (100); the metal impurities (200) in the oil tank (100) are made to be attached to a surface of the frame body (10) by means of the electric power of the two electrode bodies (20, 21) and are distributed in the direction of the power line; the electrical measuring instrument (50) is used for measuring the electrical signal, which is between the two electrode bodies (20, 21); and the amount of metal between the two electrode bodies (20, 21) can be inferred from the magnitude of the electrical signal.
