Abstract:
First, the pressure of the oil in an oil passage in a control valve device is measured. Then, on the basis of the measurement results obtained, amplitude and period of pressure fluctuations are detected and a diagnosis is made whether the control valve device is in an oil vibration state or a non-oil vibration state. When the amplitude is greater than a reference amplitude value and the period is less than a reference period value, the diagnosis of an oil vibration state is made. On the basis of the diagnosis results, the time that the oil vibration state has continued is also determined. When the oil vibration state continues for a reference time or longer, warning information is output. Thus warning information is output in a stepwise fashion according to the circumstances of oil vibration generation and continuance. As a result, a control valve device manufacturer, a manufacturer of transportation equipment in which a control valve device is loaded, a transportation equipment user, or a maintenance worker can perform countermeasures according to the warning information.
