Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention are an oil-water double-cooling electric drive assembly, and a new energy automobile, which solve the problems in the prior art of severe heating of water-cooled motor windings and an excessively high oil temperature of a speed reducer. The electric drive assembly comprises a motor assembly, a speed reducer assembly, a water cooling assembly, and an oil cooling assembly. In the present invention, the lubricating oil is guided to front and rear windings of the motor by means of three oil delivery channels, so that the cooling performance of the motor is improved; in addition, the speed reducer cavity and the motor cavity do not need to be sealed, avoiding the use of a high-speed oil seal on a motor shaft, reducing the cost of the drive assembly, and improving the transmission efficiency; and a cooling liquid of the motor cools the lubricating oil by means of the heat exchanger of the speed reducer, solving the problem of heat dissipation when a new energy speed reducer continuously operates at a high speed, and further improving the service life and reliability of gears and bearings.
