An oil-water separation device is configured in such a manner that the device is provided with a device for sending a fixed amount of water, the inside of an oil-water separation tank is bifurcated into a front stage and a rear stage, the front stage is made to serve as an oil-water separation chamber for separating oil and a waste liquid, which is mixed with an oil component, into an upper-lower relationship, the oil-water separation chamber is provided with a ceiling, one side of the rear stage is made to serve as a floating-oil collection chamber and the other side of the rear stage is made to serve as a waste-liquid discharge chamber, the inlet of the floating-oil collection chamber is provided to the same height as the ceiling of the oil-water separation chamber, the inlet of the waste-liquid discharge chamber is provided at the lower part of the oil-water separation chamber, an oil collection opening connecting to the outside of the oil-water separation device is provided in the floating-oil collection chamber at a position higher than the position of the ceiling of the oil-water separation chamber, and a waste-liquid discharge opening connecting to the outside of the oil-water separation device is provided in the waste-liquid discharge chamber at a position higher than the position of the ceiling of the oil-water separation chamber and lower than the position of the oil collection opening.
