Abstract:
The present invention relates to an oil-water separation type gas fryer which can cook a fried food by storing oil and water to form upper and lower layers within an oil-water tank by using the difference in specific gravity between the oil and the water, and then heating the oil. The present invention has the effects of reducing the amount of oil use, enhancing thermal efficiency, saving fuel, and preventing a safety accident.
