Abstract:
An oilfield petroleum gathering pipeline heating and heat preservation graphene sleeve, characterized in that: the high-temperature-resistant insulation layer (1), a graphene layer (2), an electrode layer (3), a high-temperature-resistant ceramic layer (4), a waterproof and anti-static heat preservation layer (5) and a housing (6) are tightly attached together in sequence; after both half cylinder parts forming the oilfield petroleum gathering pipeline heating and heat preservation graphene sleeve are fastened together, a petroleum gathering pipeline to be heated can be wrapped therein; and when the electrode layer at two ends of the graphene layer (2) is energized, under the action of an electric field, heat energy generated due to intense friction and collision between carbon atoms of graphene is radiated out through far infrared rays with a wavelength of 5-14 microns, effectively providing heat for heating and heat preservation of the oilfield petroleum gathering pipeline. The oilfield petroleum gathering pipeline heating and heat preservation graphene sleeve has the main characteristics that a heating manner of a non-resistance heating principle is used, effectively meeting the requirements of heating and heat preservation of oilfield petroleum gathering pipelines, reducing energy consumption, being easy to be mounted and dismounted, and having a low maintenance cost.
