Abstract:
An oilfield sleeving pipe cap, comprising a sleeving pipe cap body (1), a flanged disk (2), an external thread (3), an oxygen content sensor (4), and a display (5). The flanged disk (2) and the external thread (3) respectively are arranged at either extremity of the sleeving pipe cap body (1). The sleeving pipe cap body (1) and the flanged disk (2) are made of a stainless steel. The oxygen content sensor (4) is mounted within the sleeving pipe cap body (1). The oxygen content sensor (4) is connected via a signal converter to the display (5) mounted outside of the sleeving pipe cap body (1). The display (5) is an LCD display. A rechargeable battery is mounted within the display (5). The oilfield sleeving pipe cap monitors the oxygen content inside the sleeving pipe cap and reflects via the display (5), issues an alarm if the oxygen content is too high, reminds people to take a measure in response, increases the safeness of oil transport, and prevents accidents from occurring.
