Abstract:
An oiling agent for polyacrylonitrile carbon fiber precursors and a preparation method therefor. The oiling agent is composed of 100 parts of a quaternary ammonium salt modified polyether silicone oil, 20-60 parts of an epoxy modified polydimethylsiloxane, 20-50 parts of a surfactant, and 10-30 parts of an organic solvent. The quaternary ammonium salt modified polyether silicone oil is introduced into the oiling agent for a polyacrylonitrile carbon fiber precursor, and quaternary ammonium groups and epoxy groups contained therein have no reaction activity, such that the problems of hot doubling and roller sticking between fibers caused by a crosslinking reaction of a carbon fiber oiling agent at a high temperature are solved; in addition, the hydrophilicity, the adhesive force to the fiber surface and the antistatic property of the oiling agent are improved. The introduced high-molecular-weight epoxy silicone oil improves the fiber bundling property, heat resistance and adhesion resistance, such that the problem that the carbon fiber precursor oiling agent sticks to a roller during a drying process section is solved, the generation of fiber breakage is reduced, and the quality of the carbon fiber precursor is obviously improved.
