Abstract:
An oilway structure for achieving precise control of a double-acting cylinder, comprising a double-acting cylinder (1), an oil inlet pipeline (2), an oil outlet pipeline (3), a first accumulator (71), and a second accumulator (72). One end of the oil inlet pipeline is an oil inlet, and a first branch pipe (21) and a second branch pipe (22) are formed on the other end of the oil inlet pipeline. The first branch pipe is in communication with a rodless cavity, and is provided with a first solenoid valve (41), the first accumulator, and a first two-way flow control valve (61). The second accumulator is provided in communication with the first branch pipe. The second branch pipe is in communication with a rod cavity of the double-acting cylinder, and is provided with a second solenoid valve (42). The oil outlet pipeline is provided with a second two-way flow control valve (62). One end of the oil outlet pipeline is connected to an oil outlet, and a third branch (31) and a fourth branch (32) are formed on the other end of the oil outlet pipeline. The third branch is provided with a third solenoid valve (43), and is in communication with the second branch pipe. The fourth branch is in communication with the first branch pipe, and is provided with a fourth solenoid valve (44). The oilway structure can achieve precise control of the double-acting cylinder, is lower in overall cost, and more facilitates popularization and promotion.
