Abstract:
Provided is an OLED pixel structure preparation method, comprising the steps: preparing an anode (24), the anode (24) having divided thereon a first secondary pixel region (21), a second secondary pixel region (22) and a third secondary pixel region (23); forming a hole transport layer (26) on the anode (24) by means of vapor deposition; forming by means of vapor deposition a first single-primary color hole transport layer (27) at a location of the hole transport layer (26) corresponding to the first secondary pixel region (21); preparing a cathode (31); and forming a second single-primary color optical filter (321) and a third single-primary color optical filter (322) on the cathode (31) at locations corresponding to the second secondary pixel region (22) and the third secondary pixel region (23), respectively. Also provided are an OLED pixel structure and an OLED display structure. The present OLED pixel structure, method and OLED display structure simultaneously have relatively high resolution and relatively high luminous efficacy.
