Abstract:
Provided is an OLED display device. The OLED display device comprises a substrate (1), an OLED layer (2) disposed on the substrate (1), and a quantum dot encapsulation layer (3) covering the OLED layer (2). The quantum dot encapsulation layer (3) comprises a quantum dot material (40). Blue light or white light emitted by the OLED layer (2) stimulates the quantum dot material (40) of the quantum dot encapsulation layer (3) to emit light. High-color-gamut color display is achieved while no extra structure is added; and accordingly the product competitiveness is high.
