Abstract:
Provided is an OLED display device, comprising: a flexible substrate; a TFT layer and an OLED light-emitting layer, the TFT layer being located at a portion of a non-display region and being provided with at least two trenches; and a packaging film layer, the packaging film layer comprising a first inorganic layer, an organic layer and a second inorganic layer that are arranged overlapping each other, wherein the first inorganic layer and the second inorganic layer cover the trenches.
