Abstract:
An OLED display device comprises a flexible substrate base, a TFT layer, an OLED light-emitting layer, a barrier layer and an encapsulation layer. The encapsulation layer covers the barrier layer. The encapsulation layer positioned outside the barrier layer comprises a first inorganic layer and a second inorganic layer. A protection layer is provided at a portion of the first inorganic layer positioned over a surface of the barrier layer. The protection layer covers the entire barrier layer.
