Abstract:
An organic light-emitting diode (OLED) display and a manufacturing method therefor. The manufacturing method comprises: sequentially stacking an anode (401), an organic light-emitting layer (402), and a cathode (403) on a first substrate (400); coating a rubber frame (405) at the edges of a packaging cover plate (404) and coating a transparent electrically-conductive rubber layer (406) in an area enclosed by the rubber frame (405) and the packaging cover plate (404); and affixing the packaging cover plate (404) to the first substrate (400) with the rubber frame (405) to form a closed space, where the transparent electrically-conductive rubber layer (406) is bonded and cured with the cathode (403). By such means, not only is electrode resistance reduced, thus increasing cathode resistivity, reducing panel heat generation, and reducing power consumption, but packaging effects also are enhanced.
