Abstract:
An OLED packaging method and an OLED packaging structure, the OLED packaging method comprising arranging a silicon-doped diamond-like layer (30) and a diamond-like scattering layer (40) in an OLED packaging structure. The silicone-doped diamond-like layer is used for blocking external water and oxygen and the diamond-like scattering layer is used for increasing light transmittance, increasing the service life of an OLED device and ensuring the light output efficiency of the OLED device.
