The present invention relates to an OLED panel bottom protection film and, more specifically, to an OLED panel bottom protection film which has excellent aligning process workability and excellent adhesion to an OLED panel and can prevent the generation of static electricity through anti-static treatment and simultaneously prevent an electrical short circuit, and an organic light-emitting display device comprising same.
