Abstract:
The present invention relates to a panel of an OLED display device and a manufacturing method. An OLED panel comprises a positive electrode, a hole injection layer, a hole transport layer, a light-emitting layer, an electron transport layer and a negative electrode which are all provided at a substrate. The positive electrode supplies a hole to the hole injection layer. The hole passes through the hole injection layer and then enters the hole transport layer. The negative electrode supplies an electron to the electron transport layer. The electron passes through the electron transport layer and then enters the light-emitting layer. Magnetic particles are provided in the light-emitting layer. The magnetic particles generate a magnetic field at a blocking layer where the hole transport layer and the light-emitting layer intersect so as to change motion tracks of electrons and holes rebounded after failing to enter the blocking layer, such that the electrons and holes move toward the blocking layer again to be combined, thereby increasing internal quantum efficiency of an OLED assembly.
