Abstract:
Provided in the present invention are an OLED substrate and a manufacturing method therefor. In the manufacturing method for an OLED substrate in the present invention, a silicon film is arranged on the top surface of a pixel defining layer, such that the top surface of the pixel defining layer has an excellent hydrophobic properties, thus when ink-jet printing an OLED material in a pixel region of a base substrate, OLED material wrongly sprayed onto the silicon film on the top surface of the pixel defining layer will not stay on the silicon film but quickly slide off to the pixel region of the base substrate, thereby effectively avoiding the problem of color mixing caused by the OLED material staying on the top surface of the pixel defining layer and even sliding off to an adjacent pixel region. The OLED substrate of the present invention has high color purity for an OLED light emitting layer, avoiding the problem of color mixing.
