Abstract:

Disclosed is an olefin oxidation method. The method comprises the step of: under an olefin oxidation reaction condition, enabling feeds to sequentially flow through a first catalyst bed to an nth catalyst bed, wherein if apparent velocities of the feeds that sequentially flow through the first catalyst bed to the nth catalyst bed range from v1 to vn and m is any integer in the interval of [2, n], the relational expression vm-1 < vm is established. By means of the method of the present invention, the service life, especially the once-through service life, of a catalyst can be extended, and the occurrence of side reactions can be constrained in a long period. Also disclosed are a fixed-bed reaction apparatus and system for olefin oxidation.
