Abstract:
The present invention relates to an oligopeptide applicable to an implant, selected from the group consisting of PEP7 (sequence number 1), PEP71 sequence number 2), PEP72 (sequence number 3), PEP73 (sequence number 4), PEP74 (sequence number 5), PEP75 (sequence number 6) and PEP76 (sequence number 7). The present invention develops an oligopeptide having very high reaction specificity to a BMP-specific receptor, thereby increasing the differentiation and the degree of calcification of osteoblasts so as to show improved symphysis and osteogenesis.
