Abstract:
The present invention relates to an omega-7-containing purified fish oil powder composition and a method for preparing same and, more specifically, to an omega-7-containing purified fish oil powder composition comprising: an omega-7-containing purified fish oil composition containing 50% or more of omega-7 unsaturated fatty acid; an emulsifier; dextrin; and tocopherol, and a method for preparing same. The omega-7-containing purified fish oil powder composition according to the present invention has excellent flavor, is stable against oxidation, and has excellent solubility even at low temperature, and thus can be applied to various formulations. In addition, the composition of the present invention having anti-obesity and skin condition improvement effects can have various applications, from simple foods to health functional foods, food additives, cosmetics, and the like.
