An omnidirectional antenna and a drone monitoring device. The omnidirectional antenna comprises: a plurality of directional antennas; and a connection device for connecting the plurality of directional antennas to an external fixing structure. The connection device comprises: a holding assembly (10) connected to the external fixing structure, wherein the holding assembly (10) is provided with a holding portion (11) matching the external fixing structure; an annular frame (20) located outside the holding assembly (10) and fixedly connected to the holding assembly (10); and a plurality of mounting assemblies (30) corresponding to the plurality of directional antennas in number, wherein the plurality of mounting assemblies (30) are circumferentially and evenly distributed on an outer circumferential surface of the annular frame (20) and are respectively and correspondingly connected to the plurality of omnidirectional antennas. The plurality of mounting assemblies are circumferentially and evenly distributed on the annular frame such that the plurality of directional antennas are also distributed circumferentially and evenly, thereby realizing a high-gain omnidirectional antenna having good omnidirectional radiation and signal receiving capabilities and anti-interference performance in all directions on a horizontal plane.
