Abstract:
Provided is an onboard display system with which a user can be prevented from mistakenly recognizing that an object has gone when an obstruction is in place. A head-up display device 100 is installed in a vehicle. A display control device 200 displays a first emphasis signal that shows a specified obstacle or the like through the HUD device 100, when an obstacle or the like is detected by a forward-recognizing device 310 for detecting specified obstacles or the like and obstructions located forward of the vehicle. When an obstruction is detected by the forward-recognizing device 310, the display control device 200 uses a second emphasis signal to continue the state of showing the specified obstacle or the like through the HUD device 100.
