Abstract:
Provided is an onboard driving support device that makes it possible to reduce the angle to which the neck is turned to check for trailing vehicles and that also makes checking for trailing vehicles easy. According to the present invention, a display means displays a left rear area and a right rear area. A meter panel that displays at least the state of a vehicle is arranged at an instrument panel of the vehicle at a location that coincides with a steering wheel as seen from the rear, and a display unit is arranged at the instrument panel on the outside of the steering wheel. One of the left rear area and the right rear area is displayed at the display unit, and the other is displayed inside the meter panel.
