Abstract:
A one-by-one hook feeding device and a feeding method therefor. The feeding device comprises a multi-stage blocking mechanism which is arranged to correspond to a hook conveying track (4) and which is used for blocking hooks (3) on the track so as to achieve step-by-step feeding, and various stages of the blocking mechanism are arranged spaced apart in sequence along the conveying direction of the hooks (3) from front to back, detection heads for detecting the position arrival circumstances of the hooks (3) are respectively provided to correspond to the various stages of the blocking mechanism, and the start of each previous stage of the blocking mechanism is controlled respectively by feedback of detection signals of the detection head corresponding to the adjacent next stage blocking mechanism. By using the feeding device, by means of the cooperation of a three-stage blocking mechanism and four-stage detection heads, an auxiliary controller controls the actions of various devices, which solves the problem of the unstable feeding of a machine, such that irregular hooks (3) are distributed on the conveying track in an ordered, hierarchical, and buffered manner so as to ensure that the feeding process is stable, continuous, and has no chain breakage, and be able to ensure that the feeding speed of the hooks (3) reaches the feeding of a single hook within one second, thereby increasing the feeding speed, reducing the probability of machine jamming, and improving the production efficiency.
