Abstract:
Provided are a one-directional transmission signal distribution method, a station
side device, and a subscriber home side device in a passive optical network system.
The one-directional transmission signal distribution method can easily design
a signal-noise (S/N) ratio and easily perform distribution by an electric signal
without requiring an expensive optical amplifier. A multiplexing unit (1-11)
of the station side device (OLT) (1-1) bit-multiplexes a digital signal of one-directional
transmission signal of only a downstream direction with main signal data in the
passive optical network system and transmits it. A bit separation unit (1-21)
of the subscriber home side device (1-2) bit-separates the digital signal of
one-directional transmission signal of only the downstream direction and the
main signal data in the passive optical network system, so as to extract the one-directional
transmission signal of only downstream direction and process a video signal
of the one-directional transmission signal by a video signal processing unit
(1-22).
