Abstract:
A one-machine bundling system for the orderly harvesting of leafy vegetables, and implementation method therefor. The one-machine bundling system consists of a controller, a collection area (1), a collection door open/close module (2), a bottom plate (3), bundling modules (4), bulking modules (5), and a side plate (8). Leafy vegetables to be cut are clamped in a plurality of rows and orderly transported upwards by a row-based clamping and orderly transporting system (7), and are continuously pushed into the bulking modules (5). The bulking modules (5) are made to rotate to separate each row of leafy vegetables into independent leafy vegetable clusters. The bundling modules (4) swing and press down for a first time to hook and wind a tape (19) on each leafy vegetable cluster, and the bundling modules (4) swing and press down for a second time to bind and cut the tape (19), such that openings (32) of the bottom plate are open to allow the leafy vegetable bundles to fall in the collection area (1), so as to complete bundling collection of the leafy vegetables. By means of the mutual coordination of a passive bulking operation, an opening/closing bundling operation, and a falling collection operation, the one-machine bundling system implements the one-machine automatic bundling collection for the orderly harvesting of multiple rows of leafy vegetables merely by a small number of power elements, features a compact structure and easy and reliable control, and is easy to be integrated with an orderly harvesting machine.
