Abstract:
Disclosed is a one-off 90-degree rotating mechanism for a multi-laminated mattress. The rotating mechanism comprises a machine frame (1), two compression plates (7) in a laminated mattress horizontal clamping mechanism respectively connected to a synchronous belt (26) in a synchronous belt transmission mechanism via a respective synchronous belt clamping plate (3), and clamping or releasing a multi-laminated mattress under the drive of the synchronous belts, a first push-out cylinder (23) vertically located below the clamping or releasing open space formed by the two compression plates, and fixed in a rotating and compressing open space formed by two rotating and compressing plates (15) in a laminated mattress rotating and compressing plate mechanism aligned with a first push plate (36) of a piston end face of the first push-out cylinder, the two rotating and compressing plates respectively being connected on a respective rotating servomotor shaft (21) and the two rotating and compressing plates rotating 90 degrees under the synchronized control of two rotating servomotors, and a second push-out cylinder (22) horizontally provided at the back of the rotating and compressing plates, and fixed in an opening space formed by a bagging mouth aligned with a second push plate (37) of a piston end face of the second push-out cylinder passing through the open space formed by the rotating and compressing plates. Disclosed is a rotation method capable of rotating a multi-laminated mattress 90 degrees into a bag after being arranged, ordered and pushed out by a stacker arrangement structure.
