Abstract:
A one-piece single-frame bidirectional headrest with a single U-shaped support rod comprises a U-shaped support rod (2), an integral frame (3), and a headrest cover (1). The integral frame (3) is covered by the headrest cover (1). The integral frame (3) is a one-piece member, and a lower side surface and the inside thereof are hollow. The U-shaped support rod (2) capable of moving vertically is mounted inside the integral frame (3). Two ends of the U-shaped support rod (2) face downwards, and extend out from a lower side of the integral frame (3). A first guiding sleeve (7) connected and fastened to an inner wall of a lower portion of the integral frame (3) is mounted at each of the two ends of the U-shaped support rod (2). A second guiding sleeve (10) sleeved on the U-shaped support rod (2) is mounted above the first guiding sleeve (7). An unlocking wire (14) having an upper end bent towards the U-shaped support rod (2) is mounted on the first guiding sleeve (7). One side of each of the two vertical portions of the U-shaped support rod (2) is provided with an unlocking slot (9) matching the unlocking wire (14). An unlocking rod (6) connected to the unlocking wire (14) is laterally and movably mounted above the second guiding sleeve (10). The headrest has a simple structure, facilitating assembly, and reducing production costs.
