Abstract:
A one-step molding seamless solid ball comprises an inner core (1) and an outer shell (2). The inner core (1) is a one-step molding solid ball body by pouring in a mold. The outer shell (2) is a one-step molding integral structure enveloping the inner core (1). The materials of the inner core (1) and the outer shell (2) comprise polyether glycol and isocyanate polymer. The one-step molding seamless solid ball can be easily and quickly manufactured, does not require suture line and has long service life.
