Abstract:
A one-step QuEChERS pretreatment device. The device comprises an outer sleeve (1) and an inner sleeve (2) inserted into the outer sleeve (1). The inner wall of an open end of the outer sleeve (1) is provided with an outer tube thread (1-1). The inner sleeve (2) has an outer wall provided with an inner tube thread (2-1) that matches the outer tube thread (1-1), a lower end provided with a pushable piston (3), and a middle portion provided with a filter screen (4). An inner tube hole (2-2) is provided in the tube wall between the piston (3) and the filter screen (4). The piston (3) is sealedly fitted with the inner wall of the inner sleeve (2). The device can implement effective extraction of drugs in the blood of biological samples and the purification of blood matrix so as to obtain analysis samples in one step. The analysis samples can be directly analyzed with instruments. The device can complete operations of a QuEChERS method in the sleeves so as to save consumables and save space, is an efficient and environmentally friendly pretreatment analysis device, and can be widely applied to forensic poisons and sample pretreatment in forensic clinical analysis.
