Abstract:
A one-time rapid method for use in molding a plastic coating of an elevator balance compensation chain, comprising the following steps: compounding and mixing a polymer material; pressing and shearing the polymer material; extruding and heating the pressed and sheared polymer material to form a viscous flow; causing the polymer material having a viscous flow to enter a main channel to form an initial wrapping effect on an anchor chain; the polymer material then sequentially entering auxiliary channels within a mold set to multi-directionally wrap the anchor chain in material from a plurality of segment surfaces, respectively, so as to form a uniform wrapping layer; finally cooling and molding. The method alters the traditional method of extruding and wrapping by means of multiple single-screws at separate working sections and secondary heating, employing a method of single-screw one-time extrusion molding and one-time heating, thereby preventing the aging of a polymer material which is caused by repeated heating, and extending the service life of the polymer material and elevator balance compensation chains, while reducing investments in manpower, equipment, energy and time.
