Description:

[DESCRIPTION]

[Invention Title]

One touch push cut system wrap case

[Field of the Invention]

The present invention relates to a wrap case to protect hands from sawteeth and cut a wrap with one touch push-cut system neatly and conveniently without twist or tangle when cutting it, and, more specifically, to a wrap case that cuts a wrap with the method of passing the sawteeth through the wrap by pressing the lid through equipping a pushing plate and a supporting plate made with a sawteeth passage, where the sawteeth can pass between the receiving part and the lid.

[Background of the Invention]

In existing cases already commercialized, there are sawteeth attached in the corner, and the sawteeth protrude and thus there is much danger exposed in using them, and because metal sawteeth are used, sanitary problems can occur with rust generated in case of using the case for a long period or when stored in a place with much moisture. Moreover, the cutting is made by contacting a wrap to the sawteeth and then twisting inside and outside the body, and thereby the wrap tangles after cutting it due to the inertia of force applied while twisting when cutting it even after the cut in this process, thus not only causing inconvenience but also having a disadvantage which the wrap cannot be used and then have be thrown away.

Although, in order to cut a wrap without twist and tangle in the process of cutting it as above, the cases by which a wrap is cut by using a cutting blade with a sliding method are being produced, there is cumbersomeness in the cutting method in which a hand holding the wrap has to be released and should cut the wrap with the released hand, and there is another problem that consumers have a limitation in selecting

wrap products with convenience as a single company monopolizes the cases. Besides, while wrap hangers are being commercialized, the cases have a drawback that has to be used only in the condition of hanging.

[Detailed Description of the Invention]

This invention for accomplishing the above purpose relates to a wrap case to cut a wrap safely without tangle, and provide a wrap case with the following characteristics: a receiving part a wrap roll is accommodated; a lid part that can open and close this case by the connection to the receiving part through the connection axis formed at either side of the above receiving part, and which sawteeth, a cutting tool, is formed at the front end; a pushing plate invented with an intaglioed groove for pushing while holding the rap when cutting; a supporting plate that supports the wrap for making wrap cutting easy while holding the wrap between the above case's receiving part and the pushing plate combined at the lid part, and that the turning of the case is possible so wrap replacement can be easy and where an embossed projection is formed in order to be in gear with the intaglioed groove of the pushing plate formed at the lid part; and the invention combined a spring, which makes a pushing plate firmly push the wrap at the time of cutting and also facilitates the upward/downward buffering action during the above cutting, at the pushing plate and the inner side of the lid. And the invention provides a wrap case having another characteristic with which removing it from, and attaching on, the wall, is possible by furnishing a hanging stand.

In addition, this invention has been invented in order for the lid to function as a turning axis when opening and closing the case by forming a connection axis to be connected with the lid at either side of the receiving part according to this invention, and, in case of loosening and pulling the wrap, plays a role of preventing coming-off of the rap by placing the supporting plate inside the receiving part so the rap cannot come off from the case, and to make the replacement of wrap easy by using in combination with the connecting groove of the supporting plate formed at the supporting plate ring and the receiving part so the lid can

be opened by turning to the front direction when replacing the wrap. Furthermore, the case has additional characteristics^ it has combined a 75 spring inside the lid so the vertical movement of the lid can be possible! and it contains a hanging stand devised for the case to be attached and hanged at the hanging ring and the wall so the removal and mounting can be possible at the bottom of this case.

80 Hereinafter, the wrap case of one touch push-cut system by this invention is explained through the following detailed description taken with the accompany drawings in which:

120 FIG. 13 is an expected use drawing showing a picture of cutting a wrap by using a wrap case of this invention; and

FIGS. 14 and 15 are a side view and a hanging example view, respectively, after hanging a wrap case on the hanging stand.

125

As drawn in FIGS. 1 and 2, this invention is formed with a connecting ring axis(120) functioning as a turning axis when opening and closing the lid by connecting with the connecting ring axis rail(220) of the lid(200) at either side of the receiving part(lOO) that can be used after

130 putting in a wrap(500), combines the pushing plate(300) at the lid(200), and is equipped with the supporting plate connecting grooved 30) and supporting plate fixing grooved 40) which enables the supporting plate(400) to be combined at the receiving part.

135 This invention has been invented in order to connect the lid part(200) in combination with the connecting ring axis rail(220) using the connecting ring axis(120) at either side of the above receiving part and in order for the lid to be opened and closed by the connecting ring axis(120); has located the supporting plate(400) inside the receiving part as shown in

140 FIG. 8 so the wrap cannot come off when loosening and pulling it from the case for using the wrap(500); can fix the supporting plate by enabling it to be hook up with the formation of supporting plate fixing groove(140) at either side inside the receiving part; has the supporting plate to be opened by turning it to the front direction with the force of

145 hands as shown in Fig. 11 when replacing a wrap! for facilitating this, has been invented for using in combination with the supporting plate connecting grooved 30) formed at the supporting plate connecting ring(430) and receiving part; has formed by being in line with sawteeth(210) at the front end of the lid part(200); at either side,

150 formed the connecting ring axis rail(220) to be combined with the connecting ring axis( 120) that is connected with the receiving part; enables the pushing plate(300) to press the wrap and hold easily it when the lid is buffered vertically; and has formed a spring groove(a)(230) for a circular spring(600) to be combined inside the lid so

155 upward/downward buffering can be possible.

This invention enables the supporting plate(400) to be turned to the front direction as shown in FIG. 11 by furnishing the supporting plate(400) to be in gear with the pushing plate(300) combined with the

160 above lid part(200) and combining the supporting plate connecting projection(430) at the supporting plate connecting groove( 130) formed at the receiving part as shown in FIG. 8, and place the supporting plate(400) so it can face the inside of the receiving part. In addition, as drawn in FIG. 8, by forming the embossed projection(410) to either side

165 of the supporting plate and thus being in line with the intaglioed groove(310) of the pushing plate(300), in case of passing sawteeth(210) to the sawteeth passaged 10) in the cutting process of the wrap, the system hold the wrap as if biting it so the wrap cannot come off by pulling out between the pushing plate(200) and supporting plate(400)

170 due to the resistance of the sawteeth(210).

Explaining the cutting process more in detail based on the above invention, to begin with, when loosening the wrap(500) as long as needed from the case and then closing the lid part(200), the pushing

175 plate and supporting plate together hold the wrap. In this case, the intaglioed groove formed at the pushing plate(300) and the embossed projection(410) formed at the supporting plate(410) get in gear each other and thereby hold the wrap a little firmer, and in the process, the face of a wrap to be cut gets tight by the intaglioed groove(310) and

180 embossed projection(410). At this condition, one hand holds the wrap

and using the force of the other hand holding the case, apply force to the lid(200) downward and then the spring(600) contracts, thereby causing the effect of applying force to either side referenced to the sawteeth and cutting the wrap with the sawteeth passing the wrap. This

185 applies force downward at either side based on the sawteeth(210) and thus while the sawteeth is passing through the sawteeth passaged 10), the sawteeth mountain line firstly cut the wrap as A'-A" of FIG. 9 and again, pushing and passing down the wrap, the sawteeth mountain line secondly cuts the wrap as in the bottom end line B'-B" of FIG. 8. In this

190 continuous process, the wrap is cut only at one time as shown in FIG. 13.

To raise practicability and add convenience in using a wrap case of one touch push cut system invented as above, this invention has been invented to equip the hanging stand(710) for enabling this case to be 195 attached on the wall along with the hanging ring(700) at the bottom face of the case and attach adhesive(720) at either side, as in FIGS. 14 and 15.

In case of using a wrap case of one touch push-cut system invented as 200 above, the danger of injury from sharp sawteeth can be avoided for safe use. In addition, in case of replacing sawteeth by synthetic resin plastic and molding it, the disadvantage of sanitary problems due to rust occurring when keeping for a long time or in a place with much moisture can be solved. And a wrap can be cut neatly and conveniently without 205 tangling when cutting it, and the amount of wraps thrown away without use when cutting can be reduced. Furthermore, the invented case is very economical since refilling is possible. Besides, since it can be used with hanging on a single wall and thus neat arrangement becomes possible, and packing time can be shortened in case of packing a 210 number of foods, the system by this invention can improve the quality of kitchen life and raise the value of products.

Furthermore, the case of this invention is not just confined to a wrap film in its uses. As an example, it can be used as a case of the foil for 215 packing foods. In case of aluminum foil, when using it after changing the form by reflecting the characteristics, which the resistance of sawteeth

at the time of cutting is relatively small and doesn't increase, and thus adjusting the height of intaglioed groove and embossed projection, it can also be used as an aluminum foil case and thereby consumers can use a 220 variety of food-packing roll products easily and conveniently.

[Technical Task of the Preferred Embodiments]

As a means of solving the problems described above, this invention has 225 its purpose in providing an opportunity of selection so safe and convenient cases as well as saving time can be used when using wrap products through one touch push-cut system.

[Advantageous Effects of the Invention]

230

Hereinafter, looking into the effects of the wrap case of one touch push-cut system according to this invention, the danger of injury from sharp sawteeth can be prevented, and rust occurring when stored for a ling period or kept in the kitchen with much moisture can be prevented

235 and thereby sanitary problems due to rust are not caused. In addition, roll products for packing foods can be cut neatly and conveniently without twist or tangle. The wraps thrown away after cutting can be reduced. Furthermore, it is economical as refilling is possible, neat arrangement is possible as the case can be used with its hanging on the

240 wall, and packing time can be shortened in case of packing a number of foods. This invention, therefore, can bring the qualitative improvement of kitchen life and raises the value of roll products for packing foods.
