Abstract:
A one-touch rebar coupler having an integrated-type coupler body according to the present invention comprises: an integrated-type coupler body formed of carbon steel and having formed therein a hollow portion in which first and second tapered portions are pipe-reduced so as to gradually expand and develop from both insertion holes into which rebars are inserted; a first tightening unit provided with first tightening members inserted into the first tapered portion side of the hollow portion; a second tightening unit provided with second tightening members inserted into the second tapered portion side of the hollow portion; an elastic member which is installed between the first and second tightening units to elastically bias the first and second tightening members of the first and second tightening units respectively toward the first and second tapered portions; a first flexible portion having the strength of the first tapered portion in which the pipe-reduction of the integrated coupler body is formed; at least one first rigid portion that is relatively stronger than the first flexible portion in the circumferential direction; a second flexible portion having the strength of the second tapered portion in which the pipe-reduction of the integrated-type coupler body is formed; and at least one second rigid portion that is relatively stronger than the second flexible portion in the circumferential direction.
